The Reunion Band takes a break from the August 14th practice to pose for pictures.  Kneeling (l to r) are Steve Kriete (guitar), Ed Banta (guitar, harmonica and vocals), Don Myers (drums), Stan Osterman (vocals) and Bob Strothmann (saxophone).  Standing (l to r) are Bill Foster (guitar and vocals), Laura Stahl (super hostess), Janos Bingham (vocals), Paul Kranning (bass guitar and vocals), Bill Pfaffenberger (keyboards) and Jon Stahl (super host and future dog-house bass player).  Not pictured are Tom Pfaffenberger (vocals) and Don Doyle (bass & rhythm guitar and vocals).

The Trendells as they looked on November 5, 2005.  They may look like senior citizens, but can they ever sing!  Left to right are Tommy Summitt, Bill Summitt, Jody Hall and Bill Mathley.

None of the original Carnations were on stage at the Scottsburg concert on November 5, but the musicians did an outstanding job.  Duke Marsh (far right) dazzled the crown on the keyboards and saxophone.  Paul (Stodghill) Penny, played guitar for the group and was also the featured vocalist.  Paul's brother Jim Stodghill (left) played bass and his brother Gary Stodghill (hidden by Paul) was the drummer.  Both Jim and Gary took their turn singing as well.

Stan and Leeann Osterman, Donnie and Judy Myers and Janos Bingham at the Scottsburg concert.

Janos Bingham, Laura and Jon Stahl, Bob and Kathy Strothmann, Teresa and Steve Kriete and Bill Pfaffenberger along with Bill Bingham and Bill and Suzie Foster, who are not pictured fill out a row at the Scottsburg concert.

Kathy Strothmann schmoozes former WAKY disk jockey Byron Crawford.  Hardy Martin, original Carnations guitarist, is just over Kathy's right shoulder.  He along with other former Carnations were introduced near the end of the concert.

Gosnell's and Brackemyre's meet at the legendary Duke's Restaurant on Huntington Beach, CA pier over the 2005 Christmas holidays.  In the picture (L to R) is Mary Beth (Schroer) Gosnell, Goz, Doug, Geoff (Doug's son) Geoff's wife Mary, their son Alex and Donna (Hall) Brackemyre. Geoff and his family live just up the coast in Redondo Beach. Doug and Donna were out for the Holidays. We had a good time talking about everybody back east, good food and great Mia Tias, and a walk on the pier and beach with record breaking high surf that day.
